The care with which Dr Robert explained the stages of the process of preparation, prior to implant surgery, the three-month minimum stage for the gums to heal before the dental prosthetics were fitted was clear and took the necessary time for upper jaw, followed by lower jaw treatments over a six-month schedule. At every stage from seeing the hygienist at the outset of treatment through to the fitting of the implants and then the fine adjustment of the dental prosthetics in the implants, Dr Robert took care in checking my comfort and the result has exceeded my expectations – nothing was too much trouble. Everyone from the reception staff, dental hygienist, Dr Robert and his assistant were thoughtful and helpful at every turn – my experience at the Millenium Dental Practice was excellent and I have no hesitation in recommending them after many terrible experiences with various other dentists previously.
